Thank you so much for shopping with us! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Built Athleisure gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 10 days from the date your order shipped. Once your return is accepted, a unique discount code for the amount of your credit will be sent to your email that you can use on your future purchases for up to 90 days.
We do not guarantee exchanges as inventory is always moving. Please feel free to reach out by email to see if we have what you need in stock.
Please see that your item meets all criteria for return
• Item has not been worn or altered any way, with tags still in tact.
• Item must free of pet hair, odor and perfume
• Item was not Final Sale
• Return is in the allotted days allowed for returns
Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns include:
SALE ITEMS, Hydro Jugs, bras, and any other accessories.
Discounted merchandise items will not be accepted if returned.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• You must include packing slip and or order number with your return or we will not be able to process your return.
If you have received a damaged item, please email builtathleisure@gmail.com with proof of purchase & a picture showing damage within 24 hours of delivery.
